Confidential briefing
A privileged 30-minute conversation with the principal. You describe the matter; we confirm whether we are the right instruction and identify any conflicts before anything else happens.

Scoped instruction
A written proposal with defined objectives, methodology, timeline, fixed fee and confidentiality terms. No engagement begins until this is signed.
03
Evidenced delivery
Findings gathered to an evidential standard and delivered in a written report, with a board briefing where appropriate. Optional follow-through on remediation.
